I have the Nuance disk...I have the support nuance page and have attempted to download the Papaerport professional 11 version. I have attempted to Download from the Nuance site using Windows Vista which is compatible. I have attempted to download from the Nuance CD which gives me "close files so paperport can load-you have open files that paperport needs to use....Nuance wants to bill me to fix this problem and my employer already paid 200$ for this program.
OK The problem occurs on the last part when I click to finish, the message reads the following files are open please close files so paperport can load. I dont see anything 'Open" Thus for twenty hours and 4 weeks of trying I cant get it to work. Yes I do work alone and know nothing about computers except all the working programs.
