i want to install in engine on my 1987 s10. its been parked for about 3 years i dont know what else should be done when installing engine. i mean things like flushing the transmission oil and the flushing out the gas tank. or should these things even have to be done?

when i turn the key the lights go dim and all the powers drained even with a jump, i just replaced the starter butt it still only turns the engine over once then stops, its a 92 grand prix

I have a 2000 civic ex tha my brother crashed from the front. After that, we fixed the damage and nothing happened to the engine. We can push start it and drive it, we can put a cable from the starter to the battery to crank it and turn the key to turn on. THE PROBLEM IS WHEN WE TRY TO TURN THE CAR ON BY JUST HITTING THE CLUTCH AND TURNING THE KEY. IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SOUNDS OF TRYING TO TURN ON, BUT IT DOES MAKE THAT BEEP SOUND WHEN U TURN THE KEY OR WHATEVER. SO WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM?

neither the backup lights or the brakes lights work. I'm thinking its a fuse, but can not tell from the owners manual what fuse it is. Any help? Or could it be anything else? Thanks!

When the weather gets cooler, the problem gets worse. The smell begins as soon as the car is moving and continues to get worse. We are all experiencing health problems that I fear may be related to this, headaches, nausia, and dizziness after riding in the car. The car is a 1986 Toyota Camry. I can't tell where the exhaust is coming from so I don't know how to fix it. HELP!!!!

My mom put wax on the plastic of my jeep and i told her that she shouldnt but she acted like she knew what she was doing obviously not. Now i have white stuff on the black plastic. We tried a couple of things and neither of it worked.

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima. The front rotors need to be replaced, and we're trying to do it ourselves... one of us knows exactly what to do. However, even with the car up on the jack, he is unable to get the leverage he needs to loosen whatever it is that is preventing the rotor from sliding off of the axle. How can we/he get the leverage needed to fix this?

Would it be better to go to the shop and have them do it on the lift? How much should we expect to pay at the shop?

I have a 5x7 Big Tex trailer and I just removed the wood floor from it. The screws holding the wood to the metal are rusted and wont come out. I need to cut and drill them out, but I cant seem to make do it. I am using a 7 amp drill and titanium bits. I can't make any head way on the bolts that I cut at the angle iron.. What am I doing wrong? I am replacing the wood floor and need to drill out the holes to bolt the new floor down. The bits just spin. I have new bits.

Hi everyone, i own a 1995 lincoln towncar and a couple of days ago, a dash light turns on that says "Air Bag". I already hooked up a code reader to it but it doesnt bring anything up. i really dont want to mess with it until i know what it is. Right now i cant afford to take it to a shop. But i need to use my car for work and i dont want to be driving with my air bags not working. can somebody help? please and thank you.

A loud low-pitched rumbling/howling coming from my rear driver side wheel (i think), increases with speed (nothing to do with RPM's). I tried my spare on all 4 tires and each time the road noise was the exact same. When I take a tight right hand turn when i am traveling above 30-35 mph the road noise goes away completely, when i take a left hand turn the noise is still there. Any ideas? I'm assuming the right hand turn thing has to be a dead give-away for something, but what is it?? Thanks!!

I have a 1983 Honda Civic and the turn signals dont work when I turn them on. The lights work for when I put on my flashers but the turn signals don't. Does anyone have any ideas? Could it be a turn signal relay switch or something? Thanks
