You can go get a small kit to flush it at somewere like walmart, you just put in a T that hooks up to a hose then it has a tube or whatever thet you put on it so you direct were it all goes. It will tell you how to do it on the pakage.

You can remove the lower radiator hose but it will be messy. By draining it you're not even replacing half the antifreeze, the best procedure to change coolant is by having it flushed with a machine, this will replace 100%

With the engine cold you can take off the bottom hose and drain it that way.
