I know what octane boost does all i need to know is how much and if it should be used in a street car

( I drive a plymouth duster with 9.5:1 comp in my 360 engine currently using premium grade,93 octane)

I would not use octane booster. You don't need more octane until 12:1 and once you get that high you can't use pump gas anyway.

Octane boosters are a scam! They don't do jack! Example: Joe's booster says it will raise your octane 8 points. So you put reg 87 in your tank then add a can of Joe's. You expect to have 95 octane now right? WRONG! What you have is 87.8!!! Now what you can use (if you can find it) is a 10% mix of gas and Toluene. I've never tried it because they don't sell it here in stores anymore do to the fact that addicts make meth with it. :(

you don't need octane booster with that engine, as a matter of fact you could probably get away with 91 octane on it, a booster octane is just wasting your money with that engine.
