my 2 belts are scrubbing together causing my sar to squeel ...there used to be space in between them....i took the alternator and compressor off to replcace the compressor....my brothere put them bac and now the alt pulley is touching the belt ....see it.... what do i do??http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd136/nikkipoo1234567890/do036-1.jpg

I would guess that they left out a "spacer" when they reinstalled the compressor or alternator.Would suggest to "eye ball" the system to check which belt is not running quite true.

See if there's an adjusting nut to move either the alternator a bit back or the compressor.

The upper belt is too wide.(too big)

The top of it should be flat with the top of the pulley.

Or, the pulley is pushed too far onto the pump shaft.

I would check the spacer on the power sterring pump too.
