Ball Joints which is located on the upper and lower A arm.
Quick fix just need a hammer and a joint fork and hammer the new one in. if you wait to long the ball will come out of the joint which will cause the wheel to collapse into the wheel well. not good when driving

If 4wd it could be a cv joint but most likely either an upper, or lower ball joint. A cv joint usually is noisy when moving, a ball joint is usually when turning, it doesn't matter which one, replace one, replace them all. anther could be control arm bushings. to test them, jack your front end up, and put on jack stands. use a pry bar and check for movement in all moving parts, on the front end many things can wear out at once.

Front C.V. joints could be bad, or just one of them. Or maybe you have a bad tie rod end on its way out.
