I am not Insured and was in a not at fault accident. The driver that is at fault is insured but he said i need to be insured also. He clearly ran into me and i have two witnesses. Is there any way i can approach an insurance company to represent me.

My car is a 1994 Chrysler Grand Voyager (3.3l gasoline, LE) and I cannot pass my technical revision test because the guys at the Vehicle Registry Authority cannot find my VIN's! Can anyone help me? Anyone have a clue as to where they might be? I have one (at my other car, a SE 3.3 too) on the front window, above the steering wheel, but this one doesn't have it. :((( What can I do?
Please help!!
This deal is bleeding me money...it costs a fortune to move it to and fro on a platform. And besides, the worst thing is not being able to drive it....:(
Any ideas?

I heard about the door pane but couldn't find it. However, my mechanic said there should be somewhere around 5.... I think I'l tear the car tapistry apart tomorrow....Any ideas before I do something THIs stupid? :)

As for the dealer, the authorised service in my city said they didn't know....:P I've already been there and paid their share ..........for nothing.:(

If someone steals my car and I left my keys in it or left it running will my insurance pay it off or is it considered neglegence on my part? I do have full coverage.

I was involved in a road traffic accident as a passenger that wasnt my fault which resulted into me having whiplash to shoulders and neck. I have contacted a no win no fee solicitors who advised me that i can claim compenstaion but i am worried when reading the small print(conditional fee arangement) that i will end up paying more out than what i would receive. is this right??

i hit some guys van. its totaled. he and i dont want to go throuigh insurance. he got an estimate for 1000. i can fix it for 500 or less. but the door might be a different color. its a 93' aerostar minivan. the guy is a stubborn bastard. i havent been able to work and have no cash rightnow. how do i handle this situation without coming off like an asshole.

I was involved in a car accident about 6months ago. I hurt my neck and back but didn't go to the doctors/hospital to have it checked out due to shock and pain occuring after 48 hours. Would I have a strong case if i was to claim compensation?

I was in 3 car accident, some one hit me from behind and then i hit the car infront of me. anyway, my car is a 96' eclipse and the estimated damages were $2700, well I just want to get me a new car. can I just keep that money and put it to another car or do i have to fix the eclipse. I only paid $1000 for the car about 3 Months ago and its not worth anything, I would sell it to a junk yard anyway. so the question is, do I have to fix my car or can I do anything i want with the money?

Ok so here's the scene, I'm backing out of my driveway and I back into a car parked on the side of the road. Little Dent. They guy is nowhere to be found so I leave a note on his car for him to call me. He calls and says he doesn't want to go through insurance, but doesn't tell me why. So I tell him I can get a door and have someone put it on for him. He says ok. He then proceeds to call me back telling me he got an estimate on the car and it would cost 1000 dollars to repair and that he wants me to do it that way. I cannot afford to do it that way. I think he didn't want to go through insurace because he was at his mistresses house when it occured. Then again that's just a guess. Now the book value on the car is less then the estimate to repair it, so technically the car is "totaled". I don't know how I should handle the situation, I don't have money right now and the guy is being stubborn about letting me fix it my way, which would be just as good as his 1000 dollar job.

I have 1 (or 2) warrants for traffic tickets, my license is suspended, and i need to pay i think $1200 in fees. I know the first thing I need to do is get insurance, but how do I take care of the other stuff? About how much will this cost me besides the 1200?

The uninsured motorist who ran the red light has agreed to the payment of $2310 for the total loss of my Honda Accord, but the thing is she is expecting that I sign my car over to her because she is paying for a totaled car which she says is just like purchasing it off of me.

I dont know of any laws about this in my state of California or any other state ,but can anybody tell me if she is entitled to car?

Our car was totaled in an accident by a careless driver (his fault, he got ticketed). Are we entitled to a rental car thru his ins? although we said we didn't need one @ the accident. Shouldn't we still get the money that would have been used for 1?

My sister moved to different state a year ago and left her car here, I have been holding it for a while and finally asked her if she was ever going to come pick it up, well basically she said no and gave the car to me....she says it might have a lien on it but shes not sure, I am baffled at the fact that shes not sure if it has a lien on it because I would sure know if my car had a lien on it :D....anyway back to the details I called the DMV and they said I can get a duplicate title if it doesn't have any lien's so now I need to find out if there is a lien before I fill out papers. I know that I can go into the DMV to see if it has a lien on it but I would much rather do it over the internet and overpass the long long lines at the DMV, does anyone know of a website where I can find out via car vin if the car has a lien on it.

was driving down a road and i had the blinking yellow.. then out of nowhere .. SMASH. i got hit by a dark SUV and he took off. I wemt to the hospital via ambulance and have back pain. the police told me i had the right of way but i am wondering ifl my insurance cover my medical ( x rays -cat scan) and fix my car up? i have full coverage but will i have to pay for the deductable since i wasnt the one at fault? i dont know if they found the bastard that hit me but the police found his bumper. please help! if they do find him will him can i sue him for the injuries and damages? please help. i never went through this before.. it sucks.. this also took place in michigan
