Get paid, what do you mean, was this an injury caused by an accident, car accident, accident at work, fall down accident, what? The amount that might be compensated would depend on type of injury, treatment required to fix the problem. if the injury is repairable or not, how it has affected your life and if it is a work related/tort/ etc., injury, compensation would also depend on the party causing said injury. If you were born that way and depending on your age, work history as far as monies in your social security account and you can not work, then that is a whole different ballgame. I hope you aren't in too much pain.
