Phone up one of those numbers you get on the telly for people wanting to claim after an accident. You have 3 years to claim.

your case would have been much simpler if you had sought out medical advice at the time. However you may still have a case depending the circumstances. Firstly you need to see a doctor ASAP and explain what has happened.Secondly was the accident reported to the police, if so at least you can prove that there was an accident , if not did the drivers claim off their insurance again that may prove to be a starting point for a case. I suggest to contact an specialist solicitor or accident investigator rather than a claims firm to get a realistic assessment finally you will be asked why you waited so long

No. No treatment, no claim. And if you start going now the insurance company won't buy that it could still be giving you problems six months later. The shock of the accident doesn't last that long, and symptoms show themselves within a day or so. If they really want to get rid of the claim, they'll maybe toss you a couple hundred dollars, but they don't have to.

No--you waited too long. You ALWAYS need to go to a doctor/hospital/chiropractor after an accident - whether you feel pain or not. Whiplash can take at least 48 hours to show symptoms-sometimes longer!

You claim to have pain, but didn't bother to seek treatment at the time? What do you think the insurance company lawyers would do with that piece of information? Even after 48 hours you still didn't go, and you waited 6 months to mention it? Forget it.

You may be able to pursue the insurance company, however since you haven't made a good faith effort to date to rectify this situation your claim would be minimal. I've been through your very same situation, your best advised to speak with an attorney and discuss your legal actions. They can have a professional medical examination that will help you determine the best course of action to bet yourself on the road to recovery.
Personally, I'd recommend seeing a chiropractor.
Best of Luck.

Very Doubtful. The other parties insurance Company will want to see the doctors reports and any hospital/x-ray evidence. If you didnt even go to the doctors, they will say you were fine then!
ALWAYS go to the docs after a car bump! It may pay off later.

7 years ago I've been involved in a car wreck and even since suffered with severe on and off facial and jaw pain. I've tried almost everything western medicine had to offer and had visited countless of specialist, had done ct scans, and therapies but to no avail. The doctors I have been to had persisted that there wasn't anything wrong with me and that almost drove me crazy as I was going through hell from this condition. According to all my symptoms I was diagnosed by a holistic doctor as having TMJ and he had recommended this book to me. After following the recommendation in the book for several weeks, it had changed my life. I got immediate relief after following the unique set of exercises in the book and after 2 weeks the jaw and face pain had completely gone. I only wish I would have ordered this program years ago. It would have saved me a lot of pain and anguish.

Possibly but you would have to go for a medical now, if you still have any symptoms you have a better chance. You have up to 3 yrs to claim but without ANY evidence, it would be tough.
Try speaking to one of those 'no win no fee' places, even if you don't use them, they will give you an idea of your chances.
