I was in two accidents in the last year and a half one major and one minor. I only made a claim for the major accident but I just got a new car and now the insurance company has jacked up my rates again saying it was because I was in two accidents. I only reported the minor accident as a formality so I don't think I should be punished for it. In fact, the driver I hit was probably uninsured because she never called me back. Should I switch insurance companies or are they actually allowed to do this?

My carfax report on this car showed a clear title. The ebay listing showed a clear title. I received the car and it has a tag that says untitled car. I've tried contacting the seller about the title but haven't heard back yet. Is this uncommon for a car not to have a title? Do I have ownership? How do I register my car?

I was in an auto accident a little more than 2 years ago(not at fault). I was taken in the ambulance, and after an MRI was diagnosed with a herniated disc on my L5-S1. I have been in constant pain since the date of the accident and have received just about every type of treatment there is. I have done physical therapy, chiropractor, acupuncture, 2 different sets of injections in to the disc, and spinal rehabilitation. Nothing has worked. My lawyer is suing my insurance under my underinsured motorist for 300,000. And he is also suing the other driver's insurance for 100,000. How much do you think I can expect?

speeding points etc are valid on your license for three years, must be shown for four years but after that can be cleaned off your license. Insurance companies ask for 5 years of information though when applying for insurance, am i legally obliged to tell them about anything over 4 years?

I was involed in an auto accident a couple of months ago. My medical bills total about $ 3000.00 so far. Now I have only had to pay about $ 300.00 out of pocket and my health ins. has covered the rest. Okay for the question. In my auto settlement will I recover the 3000 or the 300 ?

Here's the situation. I have a 15 year old son who is about to get his provisional license. His mother, my ex-wife, and step-father want to buy him a car. They will buy it, they will be on the title, they will be the owners. If they insure the car in their own name, is there a separate policy for my son as the driver? In other words, could I add my son to my insurance policy and he be able to drive "their" car? How does that work for my two other vehicles? And how does that work for their other two vehicles? Obviously, there will be times that he'll need to drive something other than this car that they are buying for him.

to pay the total cost of repairs? the accident is no question 100% other party's fault. damages are high and has been appraised, but other party's insurance is refusing to pay. they are only trying to pay a fraction of the cost to fix! what do you do? can you dispute it? can you sue for total cost of damage that isn't covered by their insurance?

She was pulling out of a gas station looked both ways, saw some cars comming, figured she had enough time to pull out, next thing she knew she was hit in the left side. Now, she says she thinks the girl that hit her was speeding because it was like she just came out of no where, and not only that my sister's frame i(car frame) s bent, her airbags are blown and the other girls frame was bent, as well as her motor was smoking. The accident messed up both cars pretty bad. Does it sound like she has a good case to say it wasn't her fault?
