So about 5 months back I backed up into a stupid boulder and damaged the rear driver side panel of my truck. I never got it fixed due to the lack of $. Two days ago while I was at a concert, somebody backed up into the same area of my truck and then and took off without leaving any info. I made the police report and everything but my question is will I be able to get the old damage fixed along with the new damage without having to pay extra?

I just had a car accident. No one got injured fortunately. But the another car got damaged on the front. my car is kind of ok. Actually, it was my fault. I was standing in the entrance of the mall, but i figured that i need to change the direction so i tried to go back,at this moment i couldn't see the another car was right behind me and i crahsed it. After that, I and he exchanged the information(insurance, license #, etc) and as soon as i got home i called him that i want him to get estimate at the car repair shop. In this case, what should i do? if the cost is too high, should i contact with my insurance company? because the insurance will go up high much higher.. give me some advise!!

I got into a car accident last night .
It was my fault i rear ended a guy on a red light slightly only causing some paint to come off. But he wanted to call the cops.. so they came and filed a report.Anyways the next day i called his father and talked to him and he told me he already notified the insurance company . But he is willing to talk to my father besides my father doesnt want it to go through car insurance he would rather pay for the damages . Do you think this could be settled withouth the car insurance company or since he notifed them already theirs no luck out of it ? He told me that hes calling them again on tuesday to see what they say .

I had a car hit me in the back bumper. The police came and took a report but said they seen no damages. They did the report anyway and I did not go to ER. Now it is 2 hours after I am home and having some neck/back pain.

I spoke with my insurance and they will call me. When the police was speaking to the driver of the other car all he kept saying was that I was lying.

Can I still go to the doctor tomorrow?

Will I get any money for this?

it failed inspection i waited till the last minute to get it reinspected so now the registration is expired and i can't get it inspected at all. needs to be inspected by jan 1 2007 or i have a $250 fine and they block me from getting a valid registration. i need a valid registration to get an inspection what to do?

Ok, I am 15 and live in TX, I went to driving school in july and passed it and got my drivers permit, and to now it has been six months. My parents are divorced, my school is far away, there are no buses to go to my school, and my dad has a car he can lend me. What I want to know is, what do I have to do to get a hardship license? (how much does it cost, what do i have to do, and how long does it take to get the hardship license)?

I was backing out of a parking lot and bumped into another car. There was no damage to my car, but damage to her car. The car I was driving was my dad's and I am not covered under his insurance. The woman whose car I hit contacted her insurance company and they said they would pay for the damage, but they were going to contact my insurance company to pay the deductible. They said that I could pay the deductible if I wanted and they didn't think that my insurance company would know. I was not issued a ticket or anything and there was no police report. If i just pay the deductible, will my insurance be affected in the future?

I'm a college student and I can't really afford car insurance with loans and other daily things in life. My insurance recently lapsed last montha and I canceled it. The DMV sent me a nasty letter saying they are charging me a 50$ civil fee and that I must give them my plates for 30 days and I will incur more monetary charges if I do continue to have no insurance. My parents work a a minimum wage job and they can't help me. My premium is like 1200$ for 6 months. So that's 200$ a month. I can't afford that. Any options here?

Accident was definitely her fault and she was sited by police. Car was registered and insured under her stepfather's name but though she lived with them, they specifically listed her as an "excluded driver."

Man I got into an accident not even a week ago. I was hit by a state employee while I was out on a delivery. My car was totalled and I havent been able to drive/work should I be covered for my lost wages? It actually wasn't my fault. I'm wondering what is going to happen? Should I hire an attorney to figure this all out or just wait to talk to the company's lawyer and see what he can offer me? I have a new BMW 328i 2007 edition and the DMV sent me two plates, however, the vehicles doesn't have a compartment to put the plates in the front, and I've seen vehicles that only have one plate driving around. By California law I'm supposed to have two plates, but are there exceptions to this rule?

I have a mustang that was salvaged and now has been fixed. but you have to send off for a title wich could take 7 to 10 days. and i was wondering if i could go to the licens bureau and get tags if i showed proof of the inspection and all. Or, do you have to wait for the tags?... does anyone no?
