Ha. " Will i get any money"- you sound sincere.
For your first question- if you really are feeling pain- sure you can go to the doctor- depending on the state your insurance or the at fault parties insurance may cover your doctor visits.
Now... as far as "getting money"- you are entitled to no extra money unless you are permenantly injured- they may throw 500 bucks or so at you to make you go away.. but expect absolutely nothing more. Come on.. theres no damage to the car even. Thats ridiculous.

What do you care about - feeling better or getting money?
You can go to the ER or your personal doctor and be checked out. If it is just a strain/sprain, it will resolve in a couple of days to a week or two. If it is something more serious, your doctor will recommend additional treatment.
How these bills are paid (through No Fault Insurance or third party insurance) varies by state, so your insurance company will be in a better position to advise you of that. However, I am sure it is just a strain that will resolve shortly, as there was no damage to the car and nothing serious.

If you are INJURED then by all means see a doctor. If you are sore and think you have just hit the lottery then come back to reality, take two Advil and get on with your life. The most you could ever hope to get from the other insurance company is repayment for a doctor visit and minor treatment.

If you still hurt tomorrow, go see a doctor for treatment. When you get the copy of the police report, take it, your doctors bills, and make a report with your insurance. They will handle things for you.

Yes, go to the doctor. The other driver is liable as long as you didn't sign any kind of release form.

yes you can still see your doctor about the pain in your neck because whiplash does not always surface straight away but it will depend on the serverity of the pain and movement in you neck as to whether you seek compensation
