Ok, so now you re-posted your question 2x but at least you wrote legibly. Once again I would go to the Police dept where the incident occurred and file a report for a hit and run. If the police are not doing their job then follow up on that. If someone had an accident with you and you have the license plate number then follow that lead. Go to the police in person. Maybe they don't like the fact that you did not wait for the police to arrive when you had the accident in the first place or you did not call the police.

If you have full coverage insurance then all you have to do is get a lawyer, your insurance will have to pay for that lawyer... so you could just threaten your own insurance company with a lawsuit and I guarantee you that they will track down the license plate (if it was not a stolen plate). Good luck, and let everyone know the results of this, it's the least you can do.

Just give that information along with a copy of the police report to your insurance company. They will locate the other driver and proceed against them or their insurance as appropriate. You do NOT need to get the name and address of the owner or driver in this case as the information is not available to you; you are essentially a victim of a hit and run.

If you really aren't a stalker, and if they really did hit your car, that is a crime, the police will help you, just be polite and insistent.

many private investigators pay a fee to have access to a web site that sells this info; try calling one.
