Call an independent agent that represents Progressive. They are going to give the best rates for someone with a DUI. There is really no reason to call around. Very few companies will insure someone with 2 DUI's.

I would find a local independent agent that represents several "substandard" insurance companies. The big companies like State Farm and Allstate will not usually take someone with violations like that less than 5 years old. After 5 the violations are 5 years old you should be able to get insurance with any company.

Probably none except the his state's insurance pool (insurance for very bad drivers), but like another person had written, please stay off the road, it was bad enough to have 2 DUI, the driver was lucky not to have killed or hurt someone else. Please stay off the road...

Better call your Banker first. $$$$$$$
I do not think any insurance company will cover your friend except maybe Loyd's of London.
