I have already taken my driver's ed classes and I have read the driver's handbook. Is there anything I should pay close attention to before taking the written exam?

At first I thought I wasn't hurt, but then my neck started to hurt a few days after the wreck, and my back is aching badly. I've got insurance with my auto insurance company for medical expenses. But the accident was caused by a driver who bumped into the back of my car, and her insurance is taking responsiblity. But which insurer will pay for my medical expenses? I don't want to pay a lot up front for an MRI - can I request a payment before going to the doctor? I've been putting off going as I'm worried about the money, and also I thought I might just get better without the need for doctors (I'm really claustrophobic so MRIs scare me). But I'm still having pain in my neck (isn't that what a car wreck is!!). Which insurer should I request payment from for the medical expenses? And when? Hoping someone can help!

I am in Georgia. I purchased a car in October, it is noe December. I constantly call the dealership, but no one is helping me. They just give me the run around. My temporary tag is expired. I called the county tag office to see if it was applied for. They told me it has not yet been transferred. Is there any legal actions I can take to rush them on applying for my tag?

Long story.... we have had this truck for 4 yrs and we owed maybe $400 dollars on it at a tote the note place, the owner lost his bussiness and shut down, we continued to make payments for a while hit and miss by mail and even going to his house a few times.... we got behind and did not make payments for several weeks....shortly after all this the owner of the car lot committed suicide. Sad but true... very strange... we heard rumors, but anyway, no bank or family member of the car lot owner ever contacted us about payment or reposession and it has not shown up on our credit reports or anything of that nature.... Problem is we never got the title because in reality we still owe $400 dollars. What should we do about this situation, how could we legally get the title, We have had the truck 4 yrs scince he has passed and no contact about it at all. We are ready to sell it. help!

If I buy a custom plate, is t there more paper work I need to do? More insurance? Hidden fees? Etc. Or is it as easy as just having a new plate and thats it. I just wanna make sure there isnt something i am missing.

i bought i used car , while filling the title to register i put my address in the signature box mistakingly then i erased it . when the clark saw that they told that i have voided it. i bought it from a mechanic who has got it from a lady that live 250 miles away and she has her name on the title, i told the mechanic but he couldnt find the lady . i allready paid the money and now cant register the car , what i do?

I received a fracture in my 5th metacarpal bone in my foot. They are treating without surgery, because a pin may further damage the bone. However, they didn't rule out the possibility of needing surgery sometime in the future. The accident happened in NY, and I live in CA. We swerved to miss a deer, and hit a telephone pole instead. I was out of work for one month, and am back on limited hours. I am a hairdresser, so standing on my feet all day is common. THe Dr. told me today, that it may be 3 more months until the bone is healed.....so no hiking trips or other activities I enjoy. Does anyone know what ammount I should look at for a settlement? I really don't want to involve a lawyer, but I already feel like the company is trying to jerk me around. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

there was a car sitting in the middle of the road, the boyfriend hit the rear of the other car going about 30 mph, air bags deployed, is she just out or can she make the other car pay for her damages since it was sitting in the middle of the road, it was almost dusk in the evening and it was hard to see the other car, it had no lights on, please advise
