I want to send a truck to mexico as a gift for my friend. What all would I have to do?

Can I just send the truck and the title to mexico and my friend do everything their as far as getting the title changed over??? Is there anything special I have to do??? ANy help would be much appreciated.

If you live in the U.S. you might want to contact your local DMV and find out if they have any requirements that you would need to follow to send it there. I only mention that because I work for the DMV in Illinois and we have a number that you have to call before taking a vehicle to Mexico...I don't know what they tell you to do, but it's worth looking into...
