On electronics, it is called a serial number or a S/N. Not a VIN number. VIN means Vehicle Identification Number and generally refers to motor vehicles only. It is likely on the back of your tv and near the rear of your computer. It is on the bottom if you have a laptop.

You only find a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on a vehicle, not on a TV or computer. It is a 17 digit number giving information about the vehicle.

The VIN number is the Vehicle Identification Number on your car. I guess you need the serial number for your TV and computer. They are usually printed on labels somewhere on the back.
Hope this helps

VIN means Vehicle Identification Number.
You must be thinking of the MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER.
They would be somewhere in an inconspicuous area. Perhaps on the back.
It would appear as......MODEL #21232434454657 for example.
S/N 5665646453 for example.
