I have straightening possibly due to spasm herniation at C2-3 and C5-6 and a bulge at L5 -S1?

Also a tear in right leg. can I get paid from this. and about how much.

How was this caused? Will your doctor say that these were documented injuries due to an auto accident?

If so, you should at least get your medical bills paid for.

Well, it's hard to say. There is not enough information. Herniations could possibly already be there and maybe the accident made you symptomatic (most of us after a certain age are walking around with them). Bulges occur over time and are not trauma induced. But every case is different, so who knows.
