i had an accident in 2003 it wasnt my fault ,8 days later another stolen van hit my car from behind and drove off,not my fault again,if i m asking for insurance quote do i have to tell them about these accidents happend.if yes i get high insurance i checked with and without accidents, plz help thnx in advance

Can't believe AA insurance have shafted us again. My girlfriend had just asked to put me onto her insurance as a named driver and AA insurance charged her for the privilege although she has full comprehensive cover. Around the same time I put her on my RAC insurance as a named driver and they didn't charge us any extra fee.

Six months prior to this she informed AA insurance of our new address which AGAIN she was charged extra for. When she asked for an explanation she was told it all depended on the postcode. We actually moved out from a town where we had to park our cars on the road to a quiet village with a driveway. When I informed RAC insurance of the new address from the same old address I was given a rebate. STRANGE BUT TRUE.

I was involved in a hit and run (I was the victim). One of the witness (thank god!) followed this individual while calling the police so they eventually caught him or her. He or she got arrested and most likely is out on bail. I'm not covered under the insurance-only my dad is. The car is under both of our names though. I have contacted the insurance and they should get a hold of me sometime tomorrow. Anyhow, the car is 2005 toyota camry with only 8000 miles on it. I still owe $16000. The car no longer works my whole transmission is wrecked. Basically it's a piece of junk! I don't want to keep paying for a car that I'll no longer be able to drive. I mean I have a feeling the insurance it's not gonna want to pay! Should I press charges against this indiviual or let the insurance take care of it? I do not care what happens to he or she I just want my car paid off! I have no information on the indiviual (illegal, uninsured, etc.) All I know is that someone is going to pay for my car. CA

the egr valve was faulty causing my check engine light to come on, causing me to not be able to get the car inspected as soon as it went out, causing me to get pulled over multiple times and getting multiple tickets. I made payment plans on my tickets but i was pregnant and had planned ahead of time to get them paid off, but little did i know i had a terrible last trimester. Lost my job, went into labor, had emergency c-section, recooperated,been busy with motherly/baby duties and in the mean time them tickets turned into warrants!! Do you think they will make ANOTHER payment plan with me or am i "stuck like chuck"??? If i go to jail will i lose my baby if i dont have a baby sitter with in driving distance(my family lives far far away)?? Any info will be appreciated!

Who knows what kind of damage was made. Don't want to be stuck with payments for the next five years knowing the car might not be safe, compromised performance, unforeseen issues, and factory warranty out the window. I believe this will need to be taken to court if my car is not replaced, since “fixing”, or making it “look nice” is not remotely acceptable. Any comments on this one would be greatly appreciated.

I had a car accident in February (a lady hit my car from the back on the freeway ). I went to chiropractic for about 10 weeks (3 times a week for 5 weeks, and 2 times a week for the rest). It costed $8000 to fix my car. And yesterday I got a call from my lawyer that they got settlement statement from the insurance company, saying that final settlement is $7000. And the money is divided into three: doctor gets 2500, i get 2500, and 2000 for the lawyer. I was thinking if I should sign this final release form or not, because the money was less than what I expected. Is it possible that my lawyer could get more money from the insurance company? If so, can you give me some ideas about it? and how approximately it will take? Thx.

I'm from England, I'm 23 and have a British Provisional license which is simillar to the Instruction Permit. I will moving to AZ in October as my fiance is being based in Davis-Monthan air base, on a fiance visa which is the step before i get a green card. I have searched the website for the AZ DMV but find no information about my situation.
1) Will i be able to apply for a license with the visa i have?
2) Can I just take the test and get a license and not have to get a Instruction Permit as I've done over 30 hours of driving in the UK?

I was in a car accident 11 days ago. When i slammed on brakes my seatbelt clutched to my chest. about 2 days later i started have chest pains and now my chest is really heavy and i cant stop coughing. i cant even hold a conversation without coughing and my nights are sleepless and im also having shortness of breath. if i go to the doctor can i get the insurance to foot the bill or is it to late.
