the egr valve was faulty causing my check engine light to come on, causing me to not be able to get the car inspected as soon as it went out, causing me to get pulled over multiple times and getting multiple tickets. I made payment plans on my tickets but i was pregnant and had planned ahead of time to get them paid off, but little did i know i had a terrible last trimester. Lost my job, went into labor, had emergency c-section, recooperated, been busy with motherly/baby duties and in the mean time them tickets turned into warrants!! Do you think they will make ANOTHER payment plan with me or am i "stuck like chuck"??? If i go to jail will i lose my baby if i dont have a baby sitter with in driving distance(my family lives far far away)?? Any info will be appreciated!

It's the doctrine of choice and consequence. You made bad choices and are now paying the consequences.

If you had fixed the EGR valve right when the check engine light came on, you wouldn't have had the tickets. Cost of an EGR valve is pretty small. But you chose not to do that. When the plate ran out, you knew it was out, and made the choice to keep driving. When you got the first ticket you could have stopped then, and fixed the car and got current so there would be no MORE tickets. Again you made a choice not to do that, and keep driving, and get more tickets. How long would it have taken for you, or your husband, to make a simple phone call to the courts and explain your medical condition? The courts would have gladly given you an extension on your appearance. But again you made a choice to ignore it until there was a warrant for your arrest. Even now you have made a choice to ask a bunch of strangers on the Internet rather than call the court system or legal aid to explore your options. So, welcome to the wonderful world of consequences. Good Luck.

Go down on Monday and talk with the county clerk. Have your family wire you some money and get those tickets paid. I'm sure they're aren't put you in jail if you can pay some amount right off the back. If necessary, go to a court date and plead your case. Talk with social services and find some child care numbers since you will eventually need a babysitter and register for WIC to help you out with all your baby's expenses.

You need to speak with a social worker asap. They may be able to set you up with free legal advice. And they probably have ideas where you may get financial help (Catholic Charities, Local grants, etc.)

Slow, down. Sounds like you need a break. Call your local social services agency and see what they can do for you. If you show the judge that you're trying to better your situation, they'd be more sympathetic.

Do you have a professional counsellor that you talk with. It seems like you have a lot on your plate. It's always good to be able to talk things out and get a fresh perspective. If they feel you are overwhelmed, they may prescribe anti-anxiety pills for a while. It you can't afford therapy, the state may help there, too.

Good luck. Work to make a good life for you and your baby.

I would go to the judge that ordered the payment plan.
With the bill from a mechanic and a note from the doctor,
And the backpayments.

I would go with Mr know it all, with an intake leak, The idle speed controller could also be faulty, not closing properly allowing more air in for the Idle to be high.

Petcreatures78 gave some really good advice. Call the courthouse!!!!! ASAP! They will work with you when you explain your situation. But you need to contact them before they contact you. Otherwise you could be in a world of hurt! Good luck!

Everybody must jump through the hoop to be conditioned for Aushwitch when told to go. Blame your troubles on the real cause, the dumb voters who elect these control freaks.

You know, your situation really sucks, but they have hearings before they just make you do something. Talk to the judge and he can probably help you. You have to tell him your situation and get some compassion. Judges are nicer than you may think.
