Hey, Most countries will give you a license if you have an American License..
Just go to any good driving school and they will teach you.
THE LAWS ARE THE SAME IN THESE TWO COUNTRIES as THEY ARE IN THE UNITED STATES.
Have a Good day.

Ummmm, what do you mean in terms of Brazilian or Portuguese? I think you must mean the language that is spoken, as I do not think you will find any schools on how to drive in those countries here in Maryland.
I do not know of any Portuguese-speaking schools, nor would I imagine any advertise themselves that way. At heart is the issue that street signs and cars sold in this country all use English as the primary language, and if you can understand the language, it is not safe to drive here. I am hoping you are asking for someone from Brazil who is ESL and knows English, but sometimes has a tough time communicating in it. I would say it is going to be easier to find a driving school that will let a translator (friend) attend with whoever needs the lessons to help them. Good luck, and please be sure that whoever is taking the lessons does have more than just a limited grasp of English. Visiting from Brazil is one thing, but trying to get a license here as a permanent driver is quite another.

Hi,
I would love to say,
you may ask and contact with your embassy where you live in to get your birth certificate first.
Regarding driving school information, you can go check the site as follows:
