No it is not to late. Go to the doctor or emergency room. And turn it into the insurance company. You really need to be seen regardless. Please go soon.

Your insurance will only cover the injuries of other parties if you were found to be at fault for the accident. You insurance may cover your doctor visits if you have medical coverage as well. Not a lot of people have this though.

Your Liability limits would not cover you; but, if you had medical payments on your policy than you can have compensation from that coverage. Now, Medical Payments is more of a convenience coverage. Usually only from $1,000-$10,000 in coverage that will cover yourself and passengers in your vehicle. Check your Declaration Page and/or Agent to confirm. Now if you don't the only other option would possibly be under your Medical Insurance.

I would think since this was caused by a car accident, the insurance company would need to pay. However, I would call them and talk to them first so you don't get stuck with an unexpected medical bill.

The insurance company should pick up the tab, just call and talk to them and tell them what is going on
