The story is that someone swiped the front of my new Lexus IS 250 (color is smoky granite metallic clearcoat) and left a few minor-ish scratches. I know it's not too serious, but you can kind of see them, and I don't want to get in trouble.

I'm kind of new at this whole "lease" thing. If I get those scratches buffed out in auto store, is that against the lease contract or something? Will I get in more trouble by doing so?

Thank you for all your help.

Weeks, everytime I brake, the car vibrates alot, and the steering wheel shakes, it doesnt have much of a problem when I am driving at normal, or even higher speeds. Just when I brake, even if it is only at a stop light, It vibrates very badly, does anyone know what that could be ??

I'm trying to decide whether to buy a 1999 toyota camry or a 2003 honda accord and i'd like to know if it makes a difference on the rate depending on year. I also recently got into a car accident that was my fault which i know will obviously increase my rate.

I'm always seeing some idiot walking in the middle of the road, after school is let out. They're completely oblivious to the fact that people are actually trying to DRIVE on the road. The very road they're WALKING right in the middle of. I really want to know why there has been an increasing amount of idiots walking in front of cars and why so many people have completely lost all of their common sense (which really isn't that COMMON anymore).

I have a 2006 325xi and it has one serious problem that negates all of the other good things it has.

When you demand sudden acceleration, the car hesitates for about 3 seconds and then goes. The dealer can't do anything about it, not even the factory rep. I think the car is dangerous to have that, what happens when you try to pass, or left turn with on coming traffic? This is not good engineering.

If you go over a 2 inch bump, the suspension will bottom out.

I personlly think they are over-rated.

Just bought a HOPKINS 7 RV plug and 4 flat wire plug combo. The wires coming out of the back of the plug are as followed. A standard 4 flat wire plug (Brown,Yellow, Green) separate is a larger guage of wire a white (ground) purple, blue, and black.
My truck or trailer has neither electronic brakes on the trailer or control box inside the truck. The only thing I need is for the lights to work on my camper and boat trailer. How do I wire if I don't have electronic brakes. (1998 FORD F-150)

A drunk woman hit our parked car twice. She had no proof of insurance on her, and was too drunk to remember her information. We called out insurance, and we were told to wait to file with her company. A few days after she was arrested, we got her contact information and she was unwilling to use her insurance company, and instead wanted to pay out of pocket to keep the matter hidden from her parents. We took the car to get an estimate, and she will then unwilling to cooperate. We finally got the name of her insurance company, and now we are worried of legal or financial penalties we might face since her insurance company was not contacted from the beginning.
Will they pay for our rental car costs which now exceed 200 dollars?
