This could mean your gas cap was left loose or off. You will have to get it checked further to know exactly what is wrong. No it is not a serious problem.

po455 is evap. system (gross leak) that would indicate a hose off or gas cap something allowing a large vacuum loss. This has nothing to do with sensors or egr system. The evap. system collects the vapor from your fuel tank. No harm but won't pass test. The 161 I don't know. If it happens to be po161 then you have O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank2 sensor2) Bank 2 is the side of your engine opposite #1 cylinder. Not all engines are the same. Sensor 2 is the sensor at the outlet end of the cat. converter. It may be a poor connection or the sensor may need replaced. Being a 2000 I would guess replace.

there may verry well be a leak that just checking the hoses wont find i recomend posting your question at www.batauto.com it is a site run by mechanics. But evaporator system leak has to do with the fuel system possibly the charcoal canister it self has small hole or a fuel vapor line??? hard to say if batauto cant help next step take it to the dealer
