It means you don't stop there, and sit with the motor running while somebody else goes into a nearby store or business. A lot of people seem to think if they are sitting the car they aren't "parked", but they are taking up the same space and blocking traffic whether they are sitting in the car or not.

You may have a 100% score on theory but I am afraid you have a pretty low common sense score. "YOU CAN PARK THERE FOR ONE HOUR". What was it about that you did not understand. "NO RETURN IN TWO" you cannot then return and park again for 2+ hours. Again - pretty simple really.

It Means you can not sit in a car while someone else runs into a Place of Business. You must park in a regular parking spot.

"Standing" is parking with the driver still in the car. It means that you cannot stop there for any reason except an emergency.

I am guessing it means no idling the engine. But I wouldn't stand there either. Someone might not have anything to do.
