the doctor will ask you what hurts. Will probably ask what type of pain.
Very slim chance of back brace and neck brace.
For back/neck injuries - they may do some xrays. If those are negative, they usually give you a prescription for anti-inflammatory and maybe a muscle relaxer.

He's going to check to see if you had a concussion or whiplash. First he'll look you straight in the eyes and tell you to follow his finger only with your eyes. Next he'll flash a light in your eyes and watch the reaction of your pupils to the light.
Next he'll tell you to get into a johnny so you will feel totally humiliated...only kidding. He'll tell you to stand up and then he'll look at your back and spine. He'll ask you if your head hurts and if you are experiencing any signs of naseau or dizziness. He'll perform an eye test to see how well your vision is. He'll check your basic reflexes and feel for any bumps or bruises. He may take a blood sample and he may ask if you have trouble sleeping.
Are you able to walk and/or bend over? If so then it's highly unlikely
