In great shape, and running yesterday without problem. Just happened this morning. Thought I flooded it and let it sit an hour... same thing. Cranks right up then dies slow as if it needs gas. (I'm sure tank is half full) Any help before I head to the dealer appreciated.

I was rear-ended. His insurance was being difficult so I went through my own. However, the mechanic who did the estimate on my car had it ready the week of the accident. My insurance company didn't approve my car to get fixed until three months after the accident. I ended up spending close to $3000 in car rental fees. I've asked my insurance to reimburse me because they failed to follow through on the approval. But they refuse. Can I sue them for this?

I am thinking of buying a used one and it has 153k orig. miles with a rebuild engine-77k miles on that rebuild still under warranty for another 23k miles. It also has a rebuilt transmission. Looks clean on the outside. They are asking $2k. Can i justify cheaper? Are there other things that can be busted or old about the car that does not include the engine or transmission?

I had planned on buying my sister a car. I would get the loan in my name, but she would make the payments. I don't want to put her on my insurance, b/c she would make it go up. Can my parents just insure this car through their insurance and just add me?

I just want to know if autozone can check/ clear the code, I read somewere on another question awhile ago and it said they do check codes now I just called them and asked if they check codes and they tell me no, however the guy I talked to didnt really seem like he knew what a DTC (diagnostic trouble code) was so he said they dont check them . Can anyone verify has anyone taken their car to autozone and had them clear the check engine light or pull or clear any codes?

I bought some new Halfords wiper blades for my Ford Focus about 6 months ago and although they still work well they have got noisy. They make that rubbery squeaky noise and seem to grip the screen too much on the way back down. They only work properly when it's raining really heavily. Do they really only last that long? Do I need a new pair? Thanks

Hello, My headlights work, but not the tail lights. My driver's side heated seat doesn't work, and my dash board lights don't shine bright enough as they used to. And my driver's side eletric window gets stuck and it takes a half an hour just to roll it up.

My can't change a light bulb husband said he checked the fuses and they were all good. Any suggestions? Thank you! :)

I have a 1993 Mercury outboard motor that won't stay tilted up when pulling out of the water. I think the seal may be broke on the piston next to the actual tilt motor but not sure if this is a common problem or not. Does the tilt motor actually hold up the outboard motor as well as the piston next to the tilt motor? No problems exist with the outboard motor, only problem is with the tilt motor and piston attached to the outboard motor. I know it's difficult to understand unless your an outboard motor buff. Also, what is the average price for a tilt on this old of a motor? Any advice would help
