In great shape, and running yesterday without problem. Just happened this morning. Thought I flooded it and let it sit an hour... same thing. Cranks right up then dies slow as if it needs gas. (I'm sure tank is half full) Any help before I head to the dealer appreciated.

Sounds like a clogged cat. Builds pressure and won't let the engine breath. Either way, get it checked out by a real mechanic. Before agreeing to pay for repairs at a dealer, make them show you what is wrong and stay with your vehicle during the diagnostics so you know they won't scam you.

Sounds like you've got a lot of crap stuck in either your fuel filter or fuel pump, or both. Either way, gey some gunk removal, i.e. STP. Go to a place like Kragen Auto Parts or Sears Auto Center, etc.; they've got a wide selection of gunk removal.

Replace your fuel filter and add some STP gunk removal if car borated could be a stuck float. Worse case scenario is a fuel pump. Either case would try the cheap fix first

Make sure you have coolant in the radiator.Keeping engine from running hot .
Put in a new fuel filter first ,If that doesn't fix it add a new fuel pump if you have that knowledge.
Good luck Elaine
