How do you stop the engine oil going to the engine computer from the cam position sensor on a merc 210 E Class?
Mercedes Benz say that its a common problem and you need to change the engine wire harness and the computer. Is there any way with cleaning or modifying the wire harness and the cam position sensor to cut costs rather than replacing the entire wire harness?

My Z28 has been having the symptoms of needing it's timing adjusted. I'm not too familiar with domestics but I always thought you rotate the distributor to adjust the timing. I can't even find the dizzy underneath the hood, anyone mind helping me out? Do you even use the distributor? If not, what do you use?

Getting a bit fed up with the 'real bikers' looking down their noses at me because I am on a Honda Innova 125 (step thru). I enjoy riding it tho of course it is totally gutless. It has two wheels and an engine and so its a motorbike, no?.....Actually I have been riding bikes for 30+ years and I've worked for years as a courier, I have raced em too ...so I think of myself as a biker...I just cant afford anything better at the mo (4 kids, struggling business etc). So whats a Real Biker? Is it how much you spent on your bike? is it how much your helmet is worth? Is it someone who only gets their £10,000 Ducati out on a Sunday (if its not raining)?

I have a '72 charger and it has been sitting for a while.. When it was my daily driver I usually had to play with the carb to get it to start but now that dosent work. If I spray starter fluid on the air intake while cranking it, it will turn over but it cuts right off after that. I am not sure if it is just her age.. or there is something really wrong with it.. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Are they really playing music or is the intent just to be noticed.
We have heard them as they vibrate your house, or car.
I did call the police once and they say that if you hear the noise within 75 feet of your dwelling it can be ticketed as disturbance of the peace.

Farenheit 451?
Have you seen Farenheit 451? (I think it's from the 60's) and do you know where that rail system (it's elevated with the tracks above the train) is located and if it still exists

What would cause the idle to increase from 1500 when cold to 2500 when at normal operating temperature. Is this something to be concerned about. Also should i try adjusting with the throttle stop screw (left side of bike) or the throttle screw (on the right side of the bike). Any tips would be helpful.

I had a wreck yesterday; I ran into a car in front of me in the rain. My car was badly damaged but the jeep I hit had no damage at all. The lady I ran into (Ms X) was very nice and gave me her info including her claim number. My car was towed and is in the shop for body work and repairs.

Ms X calls me today and says her insurance would like my claim number. She had no damages. I'm not sure if I should provide my claim number and what they need it for. Why did she give me hers? What claim does she have yet she had no damages?

I would appreciate any advise or insight into the situation. No police report was made. In my area if there is a wreck while it is raining they call it sleek street and the police will not write a report. A police man did drive by and told us this.
