Im looking at buying the konig unknown 17" rims, just wondering what the bolt pattern i need either 4 or 5 for my 1999 mercury cougar. And also i dont know much about tire sizes so will stock tires fit these rims?

Count your lug bolts, measure the diameter of the bolts and measure the distance between lug centers across the center of the wheel (diameter of the circle) These three items are your bolt pattern. No, your stock tires will not fit 17" rims.

I'm not too sure if they make a conversion from 115 to 110 (it's doubtful though), but I do know that they are NOT interchangeable. The 115 number is the distance (in millimeters) from centers of the wheel studs that are the farthest away from each other on the same wheel. The 5 is how many studs you have (or bolts). You have 5 bolt rims. Anyway, on the 110 rims the hole spacing will be too small. Suggestion. Find out who makes the wheels and see if they have a set with your bolt spacing.

No. You will need 17" tires to go on 17" rims. Look at your car to get the bolt pattern. If you have 5 lugs it's a 5 bolt pattern.
