Hello, My headlights work, but not the tail lights. My driver's side heated seat doesn't work, and my dash board lights don't shine bright enough as they used to. And my driver's side eletric window gets stuck and it takes a half an hour just to roll it up.

My can't change a light bulb husband said he checked the fuses and they were all good. Any suggestions? Thank you! :)

this is the 4th GM i have answered concerning an electrical issues. You have listed 4 different situations on the same car, but electrically speaking are all unrelated. The driver's window problem is a bad motor/regulator assembly, it always goes out first, because that's the one you always use. The dashboard lights may have an adjustment that you accidentally turned down (happens often). If yours is not adjustable maybe a bulb is out, or larger electrical issue. The headlight/tailight issue is probably the headlight switch. Because is has multiple contacts, they fail over time allowing a complete circuit (the tailights) to go out. If your brake lights still work, its the switch. The heated seat could be a relay, the switch for the heat, or the heated element itself. Better take that one to the dealer

Sounds to me like the window jumped the track. The buzzing you heard was the power window motor attempting to close the window. It all depends on why the window jumped the track as to how expensive the repair will be. Sometimes you get lucky and all you need to do is take the door apart and put the window back on the track. This is actually easier said than done on most cars. However if the window jumped the track because of a part failure this will cost you more money.
