I just had an interview with lexus for a porter job and it seemed to go well he said that he needed to send it to the head office to do a backgorund check and then the would call me back in for a drug test. So how long is it going to take before they get back to me to take the drug test i hate waiting i just want to know around when i can expect to hear back from them and start this new job?

I want a job that allows me to travle all over the world. I love to travel and I want to keep doing it. I love jobs that pay you to travel the world. I've looked at : Flight attendent, and I know how to cook anything, so I looked at be a chef on a cruise ship. But if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.

of how fast and dangerous I drive. I dont think so I follow all laws and have a perfectly clean record. Everyone around me just drives realy SLOW! I am 20 sometimes I know I go fast, but most of the time I drive normal, why are they poking fun and making such a big deal?

hi, i am an intern in a company, and i just recently graduated with a BS in computer science. The problem is that i have only worked for the company for 1 year and there is a new position that i just found out from 1 of my co-workers that just opened up, but the position requires 3-5 years experience on the company's product architecture and it is a junior level position and i am somewhat familiar with the product even though that was not the product i worked on while i hv been here. The job has not been posted on the web yet, i talked to the hiring manager and he has decided to interview me. My ? is, is if he asks that i am lacking in exper., what should my comeback be, i was thinking maybe i should tell him to gv me sm minor work on the project while i am still an intern and see if i am eligible to get the job, is that smart? Also my manager has also left a good recommendation 4 me, What would u guys do in my place, i need this job cos my contract as an intern is almost up/

I just got a fantastic raise at my job! It will really help because my husband is disabled due to a work injury. However, the amount of my raise per month, is what his health insurance will begin costing me. I am so happy for my raise, but bummed that it is all going towards this expense. Can you help me look at in a different light so I don't feel so depressed about the whole thing? (Yes, he is also on Medicare, but we need this other insurance to help cover additional medical needs).

To me a part time job is 20 hours or less not 34. I realize a lot of employers keeps hours below 35 so they don't have to offer you benefits.

I’ve been trying to get out now for a while, but have been struggling with my interview technique which I think may be letting me down, does anybody have any ideas as to how I may improve my chances of getting a better job, I’m looking to move to an add agency, as it’s something I wanted to do from leaving university but I got stuck in my current role. Seems to be numerous scams going on... If somebody could really help you make money online why wouldn't they show you upfront and then you pay them under some sorta contract agreement...seems like there would be allot more $ to be made. Apparently my belief is nobody can show you such thus for that opportunity don't exist. Is it all a luck of the draw as to who makes money and who don't. Does a poor man have a chance? or is making money online strictly for people who allready have money? Guess I'm looking for inspiration here.
