I fill out a application at the casino, to be a survillence operator or trainee. I applied for the job before; someone more quailfied got the job. I think I didn't get the job because how I answer the question. I reapplied for the job again, and I also have casino experience.

Not sure what your question is here...how are we to know why you want to be a surveillance trainee? Only you know that.

Why you were not hired even though you have casino experience...you indicate yourself because in the one case someone more qualified got the job, then go on to state because you think it is because you answered a question a certain way...sounds like you answered your own question.

If they have already turned you down once, the logical thing to do would be to apply elsewhere instead of keep re-applying to a place that has already not selected you.

If your question is "why they have not selected you", they don't have to give you a reason. Based on how this "question" is worded a wild gues would be you are new to the English language and need to brush up on and will improve the more you use it, or you lack coherent thought process, the latter which you can work on, but will take a lot longer.
