majoring in music.?

i want to major in music and possibly be something like a band director in high school (concert, marching, jazz..).. wheres a good college in the pittsburgh area (or near PA) to go?

Point Park has a good music program. Pitt, Carlow, Chatham and CMU are great schools. Good luck!

Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY has a good music major program. My friend went there and she teaches high school music and is the chorus director.
