Approach any of the insurance companies, ask for their recruitment policy of insurance agents. once you have done that , the insurance firm trains you for all the things that is calculating premiums, filling the forms , etc. After that you need to appear for an exam conducted by IRDA through the insurance firm that has trained you. If you clear the exam than you can do business on behalf of the company which has trained you.
