Drivers your age do have faster reflexes and tend to drive accordingly. By comparison to older drivers it may seem that you are accelerating or decelerating too quickly, or darting from one lane to another, which may be true, depending on your actual driving habits.
More likely, they are just placing you in a category, "Young, fast driver."
A response which would respect their opinions might be something like, "Thanks for calling it to my attention. I don't have any tickets, but I want to keep it that way!"
No use building up a contentious work atmosphere among people you might want to be on your side in the years to come.

They are either...
1) Just giving you a hard time (I drive a red car, and it doesn't matter how slow I drive they all say I drive fast, but I think it is just perception).
2) Being honest. Do you have a work parking lot? Is it possible there are pedestrians wandering around when you are driving? Just make the effort to go super slow when you are within the vicinity of your workplace. It is the polite thing to do given these people are your coworkers. Don't do it to get them to shut up, just do it for the safety of the whole place.

you must work with a bunch of grandparents... they think all teenage (even 20yrs+) drive to fast... i know i think that way... as long as you follow the driving laws and get no tickets just change the subject when it comes up.... ask them how many tickets they got in their live. so when you know you are going to fast just slow down a bit... what's the hurry? nothing is worth wasting your life for a few more minutes of driving. also some good advise my dad gave me ... always drive 5 miles under the speed limit and you will never get a ticket...

People will just talk always and everywhere for everything... If its not because is too fast, then because is too slow, or because you're too young and 'unexperienced' and if you are old, because you're not young.... or your hair, or your skirt... and so on...
If it is a non-damaging gossip, you can make fun of it, as the first answerer says, and just try not to listen...

Well maybe they are right and you need to slow down and obey the traffic laws, at 20 you don't have that much experience, you think you do but trust me, you don't, they are just looking out for your safety.

If you get defensive about it, you're giving them reason to keep teasing you. If they say anything again to you about your fast driving, just agree with them and say, "Hey, you're absolutely right." and drop the subject. Say nothing more. That will force them to move on to another topic.

Don't let them get to you. Sometimes people are just jealous and they take it out in the weirdest ways.
