Often times people say it is good to follow up with a call to see if they have decided yet. Calling them shows that you are interested in the job and you are willing to take initiative. A friendly inquiry after about a week won't hurt. Maybe call on Monday.

What makes you think you got the job? You may never receive a call. Or, you may be called back for a 2nd interview -- maybe even a 3rd interview before you are ever offered a job.

Have you sent a thank you note to the interviewer? If so, when did you promise the interviewer that YOU would follow up with them?

It depends on the number of interviews they had scheduled as well as the job itself.

Some jobs will take 1-3 weeks before calling you.
Some jobs will take just a few days.

It could be anywhere from two hours later, to several months later. You should ask them at the interview when you should expect to hear something.
