I normally do all my work then get on Y! A but this customer completely redid the layout of their catalog and it's a huge headache now. So I take small breaks from it every 20 mins. for about 5-10 mins at a time. Is this wrong?

I’m 25, and I’m an engineer. I have a job that’s related to engineering that’s not stressful, and it pays well. I have the highest salary for what I do, so I’ve reached the glass ceiling. I could make more money if I got a job on which I do actual hands-on engineering work. Engineers who do real work eventually get real fat, and they sacrifice their social life. Most engineers who graduated along with me who got jobs that were really well paid and demanded a lot from them, now look 30 while people tell me all the time I look younger. Some of the guys who used to get many girls back in college, now can’t get any because they’ve let themselves go so much. They have to rely on girls knowing they have a cool car or house to get them interested, while girls are interested in me because I’m very muscular from my free time I use to go to the gym.

I can’t afford the things my college friend can, I could do it if I decided to work like them. Should I, or should be happy with what I have?

hello there everyone, thank you for your time, well my husbands works for a dealership where his boss requires him to wear a uniform that is laundered by a laundering company, but he has had my husband and many other employees sign this paper saying that my husband and his co-workers will have these laundering fees deducted from their pay. I thought that if its a uniform that the employer has to pay for maintaining them. i live here in california. also my husband gets commission and his boss is a jerk that is a cheap bastard. this guys has millions of bucks and he is selfish. my husband has been there for at least 1 1/2 yr adn the boss has deducted 2% from their salaries. instead of giving them raises amd incentives for doing a good job for him he takes from them which pisses everyone of and makes them not ant to work so hard. also they raised the insurance rates and check this out for christmas they gave everyone there a gift card for jamba juice for 20 dollars. no bonus or nothing

I have a message on my voice mail from some one wanting a job reference for an x-coworker I was not her supervisor and I don't know anything about her except she sat in a cubical and did the same job I do. She was laid off. My supervisor left me "in charge" this week while she's on vacation. I don't know what I should do. Ask them if they can wait till next week when my supervisor comes back or refer them to human resources ? I do not feel I can give a reference when I don't know anything about her work.
