Hi I currently work as an office assistant full time.The pay is ok but need a weekend or shift job to boost my income as I would like to buy a house this year.
Ideally I would like to work a shift during the week evening time and a long shift at the weekends and to earn roughly €80/90 a week for it.

There are part time jobs like cleaning offices after office hours. Cleaning sounds like it's on the lower end but in offices mainly you will empty paper trash baskets, wipe desks and vacuum - stuff you would do at home basically.

We used to do market research interviewing for several hours at the weekend/couple of evenings a week and got between £100/130 a week per job. That was for a UK radio assignment that had to be partly carried out at the weekend and paid a good hourly rate. Try contacting Millward Brown in Dublin or any other research companies you can track down and see if they need interviewers.

not knowing the job market there, I can only suggest what I've done in the past to earn extra income:
retail sales
phone sales (from home)
typing/editing papers for students
tutoring
music lessons
performing for weddings
sewing
house cleaning
