i was one at cadbury it was part of a lab job and it is usually an internal vacancy,i would assume the other big companies have this policy too as to get people who know the products well.i would suggest a small indipendant chocolate manufacturer and sent a cv detailing you knowledge and acquired taste of chocolate

hehe . thats my dream job! though i think i would go off chocolate after a while!
your better looking into working in a factory line such as the one at cadbury's world where they all help themselves to free samples .

New York shops are springing up with chocolate *EVERYTHING* I am sure you could taste treats from around the globe there as a buyer or retailer..

apply at cadburys. but people dont realise how bad this can be. you will be a guinea pig, experimenting on new chocolate. could be dangerous.
think of the samonella incident a year ago with cadbury.
