Hello
Knowing as much as possible about the company can make your interview more interactive and could be just what you need to get ahead in a competitive job market. Next, practice answering typical interview questions so you'll be prepared and comfortable during the actual interview. Plan on what you are going to wear ahead of time. Also, make sure you know where you're going and give yourself plenty of time so you can arrive ahead of schedule.

Ask questions about the job. Try from the begining that way. Ask what their expectations are. The interviewer is probably just as nervous as you are. if set them at ease, your stock will go up immediately. Remember, It's an INTERview, not an interagation.

Act with self confidence and be polite.

Explain what you can do for them once they have told you they are looking for.

Good luck!

DO NOT DRESS SEXY-- can't emphasize that enough. This is a hospital environment and they will NEVER see you in anything sexy save a holiday party. Thay want competence. Dress like the professional you are. Emphasize the fact that you work well with everyone, are cooperative, know your stuff, and are flexible. If you've done any extra-curricular, career-related activities, bring them up ASAP. Interviewers love to hear about that.

There are some GREAT suggestions here.......I will add that you need to do your homework on the company.....learn as much about them as you can before your interview, and also, learn about their competition, if any, and the general issues/struggles in their field of business......when the interviewer asks you if you have question, ask an intelligent question not only about their company, but their competition, industry, etc.

The best advice is to ask questions. More than likely they will ask a few questions, tell us about yourself, etc... But really they'll be evaluating how well you will fit into their organization. Asking intelligent questions shows that you are informed and inquisitive. A good one to ask: What do you expect the person you hire to do in the first six months? Shows how willing you are to work--got me my last job.

I wish you tons of luck. You're gonna be fantastic.

curiosity, professionalism, communication skills, appearance. Look attractive but not too attractive (minimal accessories).

But the real reason: They really want to see what kind of personality you have to see if you can "gel" with the group ok.

So, be personable, ask questions, show interest in the unit and the job...

that's ultimate which you re-schedule it yet another day as that's going to be a large number to even attempt to describe on your potential company. they are going to solid an exceedingly suspicious look and could in all probability 0.5-hearted pay attention on your explaination. that's going to be worse in case you could not even positioned on a marvelous face and a resounding answer. a number of those aspects labored against you. on the different hand, in case you think of you could lead them to have faith you. decide for IT. No discomfort no benefit. intestine feeling: decide for it and positioned on the main pathetic face interior the international.

I usually look for someone confident and someone who treats my staff well. If they treat my secretary like a lower class citizen, I know they will not treat my clients well, either. First impressions are everything. Look sharp and be sharp!! GOOD LUCK!
