I've been wrongfully dismissed what are the necessary step to take when dealling with an employer who has fired an employee through controversial measures (mature response only)

that depends. In most states there is no "wrongful termination" an employer can fire you without reason.

But if your not in one of those states call your states employment commision.

Some states have a labor relations board where you may find someone who can inform you of your rights. If you really think you've been wrongfully dismissed you can also see if there's a "legal aid society" nearby that'll take on your case pro bono.

Contact the labor board of your state. They will be able to inform you what the next appropriate steps to take are in accordance to your state laws.
