Only if you really want to work with those employers...otherwise, raise your standards. I've had people suggest that I NOT work with them and ask if there was anything else I wanted to do. Being overqualified for one job just means you're super-qualified for the job that might bring you satisfaction.

if u are over qualified

two things would happen

u would be unsatisfied as u would be reporting to someone who is lesser qualified than you so eventually you would get frustated to someone who is lesser in intellect

second you should find better opportunities which suit ur mental and intellectual apptitude

No - look for more challenging jobs that fit your skill/knowledge level.
