I've been told I have too much experience (I have two university degrees and several small artistic courses) and although the two degrees can be complementary, someone as told me that it might not look good on a CV. Can you advice me on the "Do's" and "Don'ts" when writing a CV. Too much information is better or worst?
All the help you could give would be wonderful.
Thanks so much.

I recently took a part time job delivering body parts for an international crime syndicate. My latest job was to deliver a pair of feet to Italy for a moped crash victim, as I exited the airport I checked my package and was horrified to find that I had picked up 2 left feet by mistake! What am I gonna do?

Im a mortgage processor and one of the loan officers I work for is just a pompus @$$. When I go through a file that is going to be finalized I found an extreme amount of mistakes which could prolong the closing of his loans, when I bring that up to him and the corrections that need to be made he treats me as if Its my fault because he cant admit that he made a mistake, Im ready to quit because this guy is just a dick in plain English but my boss tells me to ignore him (my boss which is his boss thinks hes an idiot) What should I do

For the past 6 months I have been working through a job agency. I just started my 3rd assignment 4 weeks ago as an Executive assistant for the CIO of a company. He offered the job to me last week and started the get the ball rolling with HR. Now this is the problem. The first day that I started I was handed an application and confused as to why this was handed to me because I was only on assignment I checked NO on the app where it asked have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor. It was too late to change it last week when the job was offered to me. I went to my boss and explained everything and I mean everything in great detail. He said that he would have a talk with the Director in HR to see if we can let my error slide but he is unsure as to what the end results will be. He made it clear to me that he didn't care about a silly misdemeanor but I should always be honest about that in the future. I agree but I can't change that now. Does anyone know what may happen for me?

A younger, less office experience, but a curvier, sexier, bubblier woman, OR, a woman with more office experience, steadier, but not as 'sexy' or physically attractive? Both women have great personalities and work well with all in the office. Which one?

How should I handle this? At any normal company I probably wouldn't have this problem and if I did I'm sure it would be settled professionally, but my situation is different. I worked part-time at this title insurance company for a very brief period. I left because I found a great full-time position(better pay &benefits) and also because the manager just had too many dum rules (no talking, no checking your private email, you can't eat at your desk only the little white table, no set schedule-she tells you when to leave, drastic change in job description, etc.) Anyway, you get the picture, so I think she had a bit of an attitude that I left and now I'm wondering how I should handle her not sending the paycheck out because it was supposed to get here today. I don't desperately need the money because I found a new job, but it's the principal. She's so petty and rude that I'm wondering should I just wait a day and see if it arrives tomorrow.
What would you do? Wait or handle it now?

which will calculate the right tax code for you? My friend has the same problem he earned £225 this week. He was taxed £23.19 and National Insurance of £14.08. Thus the total deduction was £37.27. His tax code is 503L.

Has he paid too much tax?

I'm a student looking for part time work, I have a really busy schedule this year, but I really need a part time job. I've just been told I have a job with a call centre part time hours, working til 9pm most nights, but training for this would be 5-9 every night of the week, and 9 - 4.30 on a saturday, I probably could cope with this for a while, but I've applied for another job as a santa's helper, which I would absolutely love?

How would I go about saying no to a job I said I would take, but it doesn't start until december, and I haven't signed anything yet?

At present I work as a full time debt collector & I am 38 years old. I graduated about 15 years ago with a degree which included topics from Maths, Finance & Computing.

Can you advice the best career to go into bearing in mind my age, that I have difficulty relocating, since I now have a family & that I have not got any professional qualifications.

I did think of studying professional qualifications in computing via trainers such as Computeach, but they charge a lot & there seems to be no guarantee of a job at the end of the training. I also do not want to become an Accountant because of the number of years involved in studying & some employers will be relucant to take me on because of my age. I have also discounted other careers such as becoming a policeman, teacher & any other work which involves considerable contact with people. By the way, I am only 5 foot 1. I would prefer to have an office based job.

Sorry for being so picky, but thanks in advance for any advice.

I know that a decision will be made next week. Would I hurt my chances by emailing the hiring manager, reiterating my continuing interest in the position and stressing my qualifications for the position? My concern is that this could be perceived as being too eager or simply "lobbying".
