I would pick the one with the most experience b/c alot of times people don't have the time to train someone new...so someone with experience can come in, and just get started.

You need a counter point. Physical attractiveness is a valuable asset in an office. Anyone with customer contact understands this value. Depending on the job, I might opt for the looker.
