Goals for a work review?

I am filling out my standards of performance. I have to complete a paragraph on "goals". What are some generic goals that I can mention. I'm not a real goal oriented person.

Some generic goals are:

Improve general attitude

Increase productivity

Decrease mistakes

Take on more responisbility

Find time to ________ (fill in with something you don't always have time to get done)
