I am a regularly employed as a BPO agent for a big US Company. My work consisted of data entry productivity and accuracy. But recently, I was removed from my post and my supervisors cwere not able to defend me and advised that this happened due to my "below-client-expectations" performance. The service level agreement set by client to our BPO is 98%. and I usually get over 99% accuracy, team effort shows that error is 0.03% which is highly appreciated. But recently I got 7 errors out of the 11 the team got, so that was the time I was relieved, and there was not even a grace period for me to find a transfer work. My name was regularly included in the daily error log. I did try my best to avoid recurrence by staying late and reviewing. My co-agent gets 100% productivity and 0% error rate. The comparison between us has not been avoided. Up to this time, I am still a "float" employee, still waiting for internal transfers and applications to the other account where I am qualified.

i found a new job and gave two weeks notice at my present job, and i've been working part-time at the new job around my old schedule in the meantime. well, today i logged on to the same website i found this new job at, and i saw an opening for the same position, same qualifications, and same weird schedule as the job i was just hired for. the difference is that the posting says to contact a job placement agency for further info and the one i responded to had the name of the actual employer and the contact email to send resumes to. it's also the same type of business. these are too many similarities for it to be a coincidence, right??? i'm totally being replaced after only a few days of working part-time there? i thought i was doing well though!!! what do you think?

I am in high school and I am trying to decide a profession. I thought maybe photography... but I just don't want to end up taking pictures of wedding and parties! I thought about being a vet.. but my mom say they don't make that much money! So I thought about being an architect and that where I am at now! But i'm still not sure...I want to do something in arts and design, so if anyone has any ideas of what one profession uses each of the other profession...I'm open for Ideas!

Applicant #1: Has a degree but never worked in the field, and meets none of the requirements for the position?

OR

Applicant #2 has been in the field (without college) for 10 years and meets all requirements except for the College Degree.

If the Applicant #2 isn't hired...would that be a discrimination against that person?

I see the term used a lot, but are these people that sell just their personal posessions? Because it seems like some people are making a business out of it somehow so I'm confused.

Hi. I am really interested in the field of graphic design, cg, animation, etc. Thing is, all of these jobs involve sitting behind a desk from 9 to 5. As do most jobs in the USA. Are there any creative careers out there that are more outgoing?

This weekend my department will have a team-bulding outing, and I'm part of the committee. However, we need some ideas on activities/games that can help motivate the employees.

Not only that, we want them to pour their hearts out on what problems they are facing (a majority of them will keep hidden inside them), no matter how big or small, and from there we would know what they truely want, what they truely dislike and what they truely want done.

I would appreciate any input in this matter, no matter how big or small ;)

Cheers!

work in the business office of a non profit organization. I manage payroll, deposits, banking, website coordinator, duties include payroll management, personnel management, website coordinator, sensitive projects coordinator, and collections manager.. The President of the Board is volunteering as Business Manager, so I don't want to take that title.

They do not know what to name me, because I do a little bit of everything. They want me to name my title!

I do not have a degree for bookkeeping or accounting.
