You can't verify anything from an email address. You can trace it back to the IP, but that won't tell you anything.
If this is regarding any sort of business or financial arrangement, I would be very suspicious. ANYONE can create a free email address at yahoo.

Try to look up their profile or just email the person.

i have looked this up on yahoo profiles and it dosent have one are you sure its not just a yahoo spam bot , porn bot or cam girl emailing you it happens sometimes especially with yahoo email accounts these bots just email people at random.
