do you need a degree or can you get on the job training ? Also, does anyone know what a paralegals salery is?

im employed at a law firm and part of my duties include paralegal work but thay are not limited to that

A degree isn't absolutely necessary because some law firms offer on-the-job training. But a Certificate or Associates degree (2 year) would definitely improve your chances of landing employment.

Well you need some former knowledge or schooling to be a paralegal. Experience is a must. You might be able to get on the job training, but you would be better off getting a degree.
