Well in school we learned to use one of your positive aspects to answer this question. Like I am overly organized, etc.

Generally, your worst qualities are good qualities taken to a fault. Point it out in the positive light. For example, instead of saying "I am prone to overindulgence" say something like, "I enjoy fine things to a fault, and am always searching for a great deal". Good luck!

My worst quality would be having a hard time dealing with rude stupid co-workers. I can only take so much of someone trying to lord and master over me when they are not my boss, backstabbing, gossipping, whiners, lazy asses and slobs before I either have to get thick into their stuff or quit and find another job.

Answer it honestly, dont say you work too hard if you dont! Thats crazy. It may get u the job but it might also earn you tougher expecations. Certainly, dont say your worst quality is that you steal or lie, but if you have a mild quality thats a little quarky you might stand out.

I actually would say that I am an workaholic because I really am one. I once stayed up 72 hours straight working on a project with no sleep at all.

You say....I dont have any bad qualities and laugh. being confident is key they are probably playing with you to see what you would actually tell about your self. So play it safe with the cocky comment and smile :-) That def sounds like a trap.

I always say that I can be too self critical or that I tend to be a perfectionist and neglect my personal life by becoming so engrossed in my work.

Tel them something like,I get carried away and work too hard sometimes,or I'm a workaholic,etc....
